Assisted Living Basic
- Studio apartment – beginning at $1,995/month
- One-bedroom apartment – beginning at $2,700/month
- Companion rooms – beginning at $1,323/month
Assisted Living Respite
Our daily Respite rate is $100 per night. While staying with us at Regency Palms, guests enjoy all of the services and amenities offered to our full-time residents. This includes all meals, laundry, housekeeping, activities, an emergency response system, 24-hour staffing and scheduled transportation to shopping and medical appointments.
Services and Amenities Included in Assisted Living Basic Service
- A reserved, private or semi-private apartment including a full bathroom, fixtures and maintenance services.
- Basic extended cable tv service is included.
- All basic utilities excluding telephone service, which is available from the local utilities pursuant to a private agreement between the service providers and resident.
- Three nutritious meals served daily in the community dining room. Snacks are always available.
- Weekly housekeeping service.
- Weekly laundering of flat linens and personal laundry.
- Emergency response system and 24-hour community staffing.
- Life enrichment services and a wellness program.
- Full access to the community's common amenities and landscaped grounds.
- Scheduled transportation services to shopping and medical appointments.
- Structured activities and social program, with transportation for sponsored activities.
Additional Services Not Included in Assisted Living Basic Service
For individuals requiring additional assistance, the community will provide a variety of enhanced services to meet changing health care needs. Individual service plans are determined by comprehensive assessments conducted by our health care professionals. Each resident's service plan is reviewed quarterly or sooner as their needs change. Kingswood Court Memory Care
- Private apartment suite – beginning at $4,700/month
- Two-person companion apartment suite – beginning at $2,900/month
- Three-person companion apartment suite – beginning at $2,560/month
Kingswood Court Memory Care Respite
Our daily Respite rate for Kingswood Court is $150 per day. This rate includes all services offered to our full-time residents with only a few exceptions.
Services and Amenities Included in Memory Care Basic Service
- A reserved, private or semi-private apartment including a full bathroom, fixtures and maintenance services.
- Basic extended cable tv service is included.
- All basic utilities excluding telephone service, which is available from the local utilities pursuant to a private agreement between the service providers and resident.

- Medication assistance (storing, administering and supervising of prescriptions and OTC medications).

- Bathing, dressing, escorting, and grooming assistance is also included.
